    Hi All,

    Anyone know of options to rent a single engine aircraft in Cork?

    The rental options appear very limited...Atlantic Flight Centre (http://www.atlanticair.ie/) are the only flight school I can find but it's not clear from their website whether they rent to the general public or you have to be a student. I have just emailed them but while I am awaiting a response I thought I would reach out for any other suggestions?

    I am a FAA PPL (A) holder.

    To answer my own question, from Atlantic
    The wet hourly rate for the rental of our aircraft is €165.

    A checkout with an instructor is €188/hr.

    Anyone now of any other options?

    Not really, usually there's a five hour minimum rule, insurance company mandated. We don't do rental in this country.

    Possibly there's a gap in the market.
