Summer job suggestion

Okay - I know - It's the same old, same old

But does anybody have any suggestions for someone looking for temporary work during the summer in South Dublin?

Most online adverts seem to specifically want full time, and all are immediate. Waiting until May to hunt up a job is too late though - yet there must be some places that will hire.

Anybody have any successful experiences of such in the current economic climate?

I know Paddy Powers hire seasonal employees from April to September, there are loads of these jobs listed on their website workwithpaddy.com

Use www.tempjobs.ie in the summer to apply to all the major temping agencies at the same time.

Temp work by its nature is not something you can really apply for a few months in advance. Typically it is apply today, start tomorrow. So wait until the summer before applying.

If you don't have prior experience in a betting role job they won't look at you, so my advice is make something up. Paddypower are proper dicks like that.
