Hi- has anyone any experience claiming Spanish VAT back via their website?
It used to be a manual form sent in with copy Invoices- but now its online and the website is realy difficult to navigate. Firstly you need a digital certificate and we cant even get that far- and I have asked for help from a girl who speaks near fluent spanish. So- has anyone done this online that might be able to give me a step by step guide? Thanks in advance.

If you are an Irish VAT registered business you claim the VAT back by submitting and EVR through the Irish Revenue's ROS system. The Irish Revenue will then forward this to the Spanish Revenue.

Under this new system you no longer have to apply through the Spanish Revenue.
