Big ol' selection of Blu-ray titles available in my local HMV at 2 for 22.

From the top of my head, just some of the titles included were:

• Kick-Ass
• Zombieland
• Shallow Grave
• Sexy Beast
• Let The Right One In
• Clash Of The Titans
• The Killer Inside Me
• The Secret In Their Eyes

Was very tempted to pick up Kick-Ass and Zombieland..

.. but have gotten Rec, Rec2, Let The Right One In and Alien Anthology all in the past week!

This promotion has been going on a while in Grafton st branch so I imagine its nationwide. Harry Brown and Gran Torino are also in the offer. 2 great films about old men kicking ass!

HMV in Blanchardstown have Breathless, the Jean-Luc Godard classic for €5,it is available to order in any HMV store. They also have The Princess and the Frog Bluray/dvd pack for €12.99.And Open Season 1/2 for €8.99.

Got Breathless (€4.99), Open Season 1&2 (€8.99) and The Evil Dead (€6.99) in Blanchardstown. Less than €21 for the lot. Great value.

Yup but if I was you I would leave it there. A certain director did a lot of messing with the image and it now looks horrible. The cinematographer released a statement to say he was deeply upset by the new look and disowned the blu ray.

French Connection 1 and 2 is 19.99. Ordered Breathless for a fiver, evil dead was 26. They checked on the computer, may be old stock of the original Blu Ray release for 7 euro.

With HMV, never presume it's nationwide.

They have shown time and time again that they vary their prices across stores and even stores in close proximity have different prices, i.e. Grafton St vs Henry St, especially when it comes to sales stock.

Sorry to revive an old thread, but Inception is now part of this offer. I've been waiting for it to drop below a tenner, but this is still a good price for a bricks-and-mortar retailer. Cheapest I could find online is Amazon at £14.93 (€17.77)
