    max budget of 30, is this any good? I have a voucher for Cycleways but they seem to start at about 60 euros! thanks in advance

    I hate to have to try using my feet for the pumping action with that :D

    I have this track pump and I find it very good. However, this is within your budget and should do the job.

    This is good at €35. Halfords have it for about €32 if you have an AXA policy (or can print out the voucher!).
