I notice that the In Bar in Dalkey has been sold and seems to be undergoing development by the looks of it. The windows have now been borded up. I heard a rumour that Girlbert & Wright are openning up there. This could be pure speculation though. I know there is one in Dun Laoghaire. However, that is beside the point. Can anyone confirm what is happening to this building?

That's the one alright. It is at the Junction of Tubbermore Road and Coliemore Road. It's beside Select Stores.

From what I've heard it will reopen as a pub.

Good luck to them, they have some tough competition, but I will certainly give it a try.

I would love to open a small business in Dalkey.
