    Hi folks,

    Im doing an assignment of Google Inc. and surprisingly i'm finding it quite difficult to find out how much Google makes in profit (not revenue) every year.

    The best information I could find was their financial tables here.

    If Im right in reading them accounts Google made 6.6bn, 8.3bn and 10.3bn (presumebly dollars) in profit in the years 2008, 2009 and 2010 respectively? Is that correct? Does that sound right, 10 billion?

    Any help would be greatly appriciated.

    No, you're refering to income from ops.

    you should be looking at net income; 4.2, 6.5 and 8.5b for 08, 09 and '10 respectively
