LR active Ucaller Customer Service

I got a ucaller about a year ago I found the remote was crap at more than 2 yards. I bought it online so I never bothered sending it back. mainly because the caller itself was great and did what I bought it for, brought in the foxs for a chat.:D
Anyway I discovered that LRactive have a real shop beside golden island in Athlone. on saturday I went in for a nose bought a couple of bits (bulbs and filter for lamp) I mentioned the remote problem to one of the lads and he told me to bring it in, I did yesterday he had a quick look at it and gave me a complete new one (after checking it)
Now thats what I call customer service. it's a pity the other dealers would't behave the same, No bullsh1t, no war stories, no ya bought it now f***k off.
I very impressed and would recommend them.

Wow good stuff, my lockvogel caller has been making horrible sounds for the last few outings and may need replacing. Good to know that if I get a Ucaller there is some come back locally if it breaks

I found the same when I got the old U-Caller it stopped working after a week. Brought it back and got a new one no problem at all.

They are very nice and friendly and there is nothing they won't show you are tell you.
