    So now and again after a TDM for example the game will freeze on the COD loading screen, the screen you see when its returning to the lobby. So I'm stuck on this screen, even the rotating COD icon will freeze. Due to this i lose connection with the lobby i was in, very annoying when playing in a party. Now and again it will unfreeze and i might get back into the lobby before i time out.

    Also during any match in which i don't here prompts such as enemy chopper incoming or napalm or whatever its almost guranteed to freeze after that match.

    Plz don't say its my ps3.....

    Known problem with the ps3 with regards to black-ops (although i thought they brought out a patch for it ?)

    They actually fixed that :eek: :) It hasnt happened me since the latest patch, it used to happen alot.


    Whats your Nat Type on Black ops? If all your party has an Open Nat type you more than likely stay together in the same lobby.

    NAT type is usually open or moderate.....

    Your ps3 could be on the way out . My ps3 froze ALOT before it YLOD

    I thought ya were gonna say something like chronic heart desiese when gaming, or blindness from the flashing lights, or even herpes.. :pac:

    To be honest it hasn't happened to me once since the patch, but it happened sometimes 3 times an hour before the patch came out.. But not since then, I was gonna stop playing the game just before that patch came out.. It was annoying having to restart the playstation all the time..

    But I have had occasions where it will just freeze on me in the opening lobby, when we first go into the lobby as a party, it will freeze for about 30 seconds, an then it will get back to normal..
