Contacting BMI

Has anyone been successful in contacting British Midland International (BMI) before?

I've written twice to their Dublin office on their website but have had no reply. In the past I've ended up speaking to in an Indian call centre, trying to explain an problem, but its pointless trying to explain a local issue to someone in India.

I booked and paid for 3 tickets for travel after 1 March, before they updated their website to account for the reduction in Irish airport tax to €3. The tickets clearly show €10 tax per ticket has been charged. Aer Lingus proactively refunded all customers finding themselves in this situation before 31 December.

    Can anyone advise?

Thanks. I'll try the email to start with. I assumed the local office was the best port of call to start with. I gave 3 forms of contact and they didn't even reply by any one to advise what to do.

I sent a good old fashioned snail-mail complaint letter to the Castle Donington address a few years back and got a very quick response and a partial refund :)

Contacted them by email and they have replied and refunded (albeit after 3 week wait). Thanks for your advices.
