    Hey guys,
I recently ordered 3 DVD box sets online, from a Playtrade seller named Supermart. I have used Supermart numerous times, and they have always been great. But I received a package today. It contained two of the DVD's I ordered, and one that I didn't. The one that I didn't order was not the box set pictured on the site. It is a completely different box set. I contacted Supermart, and they told me to return it. The thing is, they want me to pay the shipping back to them (around 16 Euro). It cost 27 Euro for the box set, so I really am disappointed at this. I contacted Play, but I have not gotten a reply yet.
So, I bought an item. I knew what I was buying, as it said the DVD specs and even had the picture of what I had expected. A different item turns up, but the others I ordered are correct. Am I entitled to a refund, or anything? It wasn't my mistake. They are trying to make me pay to return their mistake. Could anyone give me some advice on what I should do?
    Thanks ever so much.

You shouldn't have to pay for return shipping, however there's not a lot you can do if the seller refuses to pay for it themselves.

The European Consumer Centre can offer advice, and will probably tell you what I've said there, but they won't intervene, nor can they force the seller to pay for the shipping. Play could probably force it, but they more than likely won't.
