Thinking of getting Digital value, but not sure what way house was wired in the past as only here a few years and it was rented out before.

The round unit under eves has a cable coming down the wall in thru front window and attached to this box.

must get an F connector and connect tv and see if any juice in it.

the thing is my tv is not connected to this box but to a cable coming out of the wall in one of the alcoves. (chimney in centre of house)

    1. Would the existing cable be suitable for digital or do I need a a re-wire, all looks kinda dodgy to me. Reception poor on 2/3 channels esp living.

    2. If I book a service call will the re-wire be free.

They'll dump that box and give you a new one as a matter of course. What's the quality of the cable coming into the house?

Seems ok but could be *clinched* at side of window frame. If I go digital will they leave me with the old wiring for analogue :(

    Guys,
I have a digital Tv from NTL and a broadband service at the moment.
If I will cancel my digital Tv - will I be able to receive an analogue channels for free?

Because I'm watching an analogue channle on the second telly in othe room at the moment. But want to switch off digital ones.. (got Sky dish)
