I've a theory test booked for tomorrow and i've been studying for it the past week using a 4th Edition book I have. Apparently the book I have was the May 2009 revision but on the DTT website there is a November 2010 revision available

Considering both are 4th edition, is there any difference between both revisions or am I in serious trouble?

You should be fine. There will have been slight changes. But the chance of getting one of those questions is slim to none. Your study will have you sorted. Good Luck.

3 questions have been removed from the Nov 2010 version, so if you have May 09 one you will be fine. the reason its not called the 5th edition is because theres no new questions in the book
