Transfer from Meteor to Vodafone timeframe

    Hey folks,

    I wasn't able to search on this, due to very common words; hopefully someone can give their views.

    I went down to a Vodafone store today, signed up for bill pay + Xperia X10, and asked them to transfer my number over from Meteor. As I understand it, the Vodafone service should just start working after a while, but it's been 5 hours now. Is that typical? I'm in no rush really, just concerned somethings wrong.

    The phone shows the error "No SIM card in phone", but it's definitely in the right way :)
