    Hi,

How long should it take on average for a timberframe house to 'dry out' after building?
You hear of a year for block build houses. It is something similar for timberframe??

    Mike.

Assuming you have a concrete ground floor slab - allow 1 day per mm of the concrete floorslab so 150mm slab needs 150 days.

Count from time the roof is membraned and windows in.
