Lighting of Vehicles act 1963 states:

    - All forward facing lights must be white/yellow
    - all side lights amber (good vehicles etc
    - Rear lights must be red.

All other lighting colours are illegal especially blue which are reserved for emergency vehicles only.
The law states that you must not fit any lights that may be a distraction to other road users.

It sounds like you have a lot of lights however, if they are not blinding or in any way distracting to other users you could be fine.

The fact that your auxilliary lamps are dippable would indicate that they may not be blinding, I would take into account the fact that they maybe higher up that the average road user and could blind them that way.

No lamp may be fitted to a vehicle which its illuminated part exceeds 4 feet 6inches from the ground.
