My GFs 2nd provisional is up soon (think she's driving 4 years if thats right?), what are the requirements for getting a 3rd? She failed her test a while ago and is reapplying soon

She should be able to apply for a 3rd Learner Permit, since she has proof of sitting a test.

If she doesn't she can also use the letter she gets when she applies for the test again.
