Just wondering if anybody knows how David Drumm is allowed to reside in the USA, maybe he is married to an american?

or is he living there illegally? using his wealth to make sure he is not deported?

His visa may be in trouble.
He applied for a credit card and maxed it out before declaring bankruptcy , over here stateside thats deliberate fraud and if proven could lead to a criminal complaint.
I wonder why the powers that be don't try harder to bring him back to Ireland.
Wonder if he will ever be charged for financial irregularities.

He will find very quickly that the yanks will not tolerate any of the tricks he got up to here. Hope an extradition application has been issued for this vermin.

    Exactly.
He has an investors type visa and if he they believe he just got into the US to declare bankruptcy then they won't take too kindly to it.
They will put him on a plane or worse throw him in jail for a while.

The states like to make examples of dodgy bankers.

drumm is the key and if he is cracked then the whole Anglo thing could be blown open.
It is no use trying to crack fitzpatrick or the likes of fingelton as they are too well connected and they know it, but going after someone a bit lower down has better chance of getting results which ultimately leads to the bigger guys.

I am not allowed discuss …
