Huge shock with DIT loosing out. Be very disappointed considering the intercounty players they had signed up to mickey mouse courses this year in order to give this competition a serious push. Pity cause would have liked to have seen Galvin and co. playing in the semis in UCD

Comfortable enough win for DCU against St. Mary's today. Up against UCC in the quarters (repeat of last years final)

Went to both matches today. Both were of very high quality. Maynooth destroyed UUJ at midfield but were guilty of too many wides which ultimately cost them.
The second game had a fair bit of needle with a UCD player getting sent off and the UCD bench getting involved with players on the pitch in one touchline incident. Should be an entertaining final with two opposing styles of football. Will go with UUJ tomorrow only because UCC had 2 players go off injured including Johnny Buckley.

C'mon UCC! Good start so far

UCC 2 points up at half time. Both teams have missed a lot though. Whoever gets a goal here could almost win it!!

Horrible miss from UCC there. Really should have goaled or at the very least taken the point

UCC win their 20th title after a very poor game of football. Lead the whole way, UUJ made a mini comeback and were within a point at one stage but UCC remained composed and took back control with a very classy point from Johnny Buckley and a free earned after some cute play by Mark Collins. Amazing UCC have had to wait 16 years since their last title

Poor game overall. Very difficult to play three days in a row. Would probably have affected UCC more as they had produced real high intensity stuff to beat fancied DCU and UCD. Maybe the final should be left to Sunday or a midweek. Overall though the weekend was a great event and seemed well organised

St. Pats beat WIT in the Trench Final 2-11 to 0-09.

Not sure about Corn na Mac Léinn
