Hi All ! I m viewing properties now. These is a partially built detached house on the mkt, the asking price is €210k, and located in Stillorgan/Dublin.

This property is at an advanced stage, walls and roof are completed, double glazed windows have been installed, first stage wiring has been completed.

I have no idea of how to build a house, can anyone give me some advices???? is it quite an early stage??? do I need to put lots money to continue the work????:confused::confused::confused::confused:

    Many thanks in advance!!!

I think I know the one you are talking about - patrician villas? This has been on the market for ages. You would need to c&hck planning permission, check who builder was and if work to date is covered by homebond - unlikely. Make sure you get a comprhensive structural survey

Isn't there an issue with the sewage access there?
