Reps4 question about trees

    Hello all,
Did anyone in REPS4 plant any trees yet?

Ive noticed that you can buy broad leaf mature trees including stake and rabbit guard for 17 Euro each including VAT.

Now theres also smaller versions available called "whips" which are a lot cheaper than the above just that they are a smaller and younger version of the 17 Euro tree.

My question is, is it ok to use whips for planting instead of wasting money on the 17 Euro ones?

    Thanks,
    Westlander

As FAIK whips would be fine, is it a hedge or decidious trees out on their own? Check with your planner and get an answer in writing.

If the seat's wet, sit on yer hat, a cool head is better than a wet ar5e.

Its broadleaf trees as far as I know (and no hedge). You have to plant 25% of them in a field corner and the rest can be planted somewhere else like along the field boundary.

I looked at the REPS handbook and it did mention "whips" from 1000 to 12000 mm they need to be in that size.

Might be best to check with him alright.

    Thanks
