Well you cant buy them straight from the bergbahn thats for sure http://www.schatzbergbahn.at/tarife/winter/en/detail.aspx

For a lot of the Austrian resorts they dont seem to be available online. You dont even seem to be able to buy the Kitzbuhler Alpen pass online.

I would say you will have to wait until you get into resort to pick it up. It only takes a few minutes to buy it at the base of the main gondola so no big deal to pick it up on your first morning.

Cool. Weird though, we've gone to Soll for the last few years and we were always able to pre-book the lift-pass at the shop where we rented our gear.

Only problem now is we're not sure which village we're going to. Booked with www.skiholidays.ie and we won't find out until the day of travel whether is Niederau or Oberau. Bit of a pain when you want to book your gear online as it's much cheaper. Think there's only a couple of miles between each on the skibus though so might just chance either one.
