Return to amazon or who else

    My Sharkoon Digital Headset bought here have gone faulty so I bought these on the 2/9/10 so who can I return these to and can I return them at all ?

    Contact Amazon about returning it to them.

    actually Iv done some digging at it seems anything after 30 days I have to return into the manufacture which seems pretty unfair if you ask me

    That's a policy, and not enforcible. You can return it to Amazon as the retailer. You can deal with the manufacturer if you like, and it may be better to do that, but you don't have to.
