Hi i applied for a medical card nearly 4 weeks ago i was told i should try anyways..im 20 nearly 21 been out of work since march 10 worked for 3 weeks over xmas and i am now on a 6 month fas course which i started last week i had been on social welfare..i filled out the form as it said and part 1b said to be completed by…

Hi i applied for a medical card nearly 4 weeks ago i was told i should try anyways..im 20 nearly 21 been out of work since march 10 worked for 3 weeks over xmas and i am now on a 6 month fas course which i started last week i had been on social welfare..i filled out the form as it said and part 1b said to be completed by people aged 16-25 years who are financially dependant on your parents and said to ignore other parts that included info on ur rent.mortgage etc..so i did this i was in my hse clinic i was told this was fine however i received a letter last week asking for the info i left out so i don't know if i should be putting in my income or my parents im very confused!
