I'm having an Irish Coffee - here's the run down -

One of them mentioned the biggest bank robbery in the state (it wasn't Gerry) - and they were referring to the bank bailout.

Eamonn and Enda had a little bitch to each other

Gormley is talking with his hands

Martin is about to lay into Gerry about Fraud

Gerry keeps putting up his hand to ask a questions.

Jonathan Anon stood me up tonight.

Well I only set up the thread cos somebody couldnt set up dee thread herself.. But she shall remain nameless.. ;)

Party leaders not deviating much from their usual mantras.. Seems like they told Enda to make sure and finish every point, rather than stop when Pat says to do so.... to present himself as authoritative..

Enda and Emmo went to war with one another, Micheál piped in "and these two want to go into government together!"
Then Micheál and Gerry nearly went to fistycuffs before the break.

It's an incredible achievement that Michael's party can bankrupt the state, and yet he can still compete effectively in a leader's debate..

Oh did ye all hear what Míchael said today.. about the Chinese..

His next line was "ah come on Dougal, lighten up"..

What's on Gerry's lapel (his left hand one) - is it a badge of some sort.

As somebody who is not too tall myself, I'd say Gilmore is feeling glad that he wasnt put between Michael Martin and John Gormley.. or Michael Martin and Gerry Adams.. He would have looked like midget between either of those combinations.. I thought he was a lot taller..

Someone clearly needs to be fired in the green camp for not telling Gormley that tonight was a red tie affair :D

Anyone else spot he was wearing a blue one and the other 4 wore red ones :pac:
