total loss of sound

    hey all. i have sky+ and when i turned it on tonight there was a total loss of sound. the picture is 100% but not a peep sound wise. ive tried everything including resetting it 6 or 7 times but nothing has worked. would really appreciate any help as im totally stumped. thanks

    May sound obvious, but have you checked your scart connection on both ends to see if all the pins are in? Sorry if dont help...:)

    aaaaah you were right! earlier i tried the end of the scart lead that was going into the back of the box but didnt think of checking the back of the tv! :o

    thanks very much - i probably wouldnt have thought of it in a million years!
