I'm looking at buying a pair of these and wondering if anyone has tried them yet? They're from the minimalist, Born to Run camp but for people who don't want to look ridiculous in their barefeet or in a pair of Vibram.

They've won a few awards and seem to be getting good reviews.

    Here's one from youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OCxcUDk7qhs

Don't have them either, but was interested after reading this review:

    I have a pair.

Looking for a replacement for my Nike Zoom Elites.

A minimalist show although still backs a bit of cushioning compared to a racing flat (mayfly) or a faux flat(marathoner).

Comfy, with a lightweight upper. Support suitable for a neutral to mild over pronator.

A nice shoe and so far top of my list for replacing my Zoom Elites (down to my last two pairs of them)

I've heard reports that their longevity is not fantastic.

Very good video Finlma, the only thing he doesn't go into is the depth of the heel. Most purists in the barefoot evolution wouldn't agree with such a thick heel.on the otherhand its perfect to make a transition into something more minimalist.
For most people with a heavy heel strike in normal shoes this looks ideal.

+1 on what Tunney said (I don't think I've EVER agreed with Tunney before)

Great pair of shoes. Bit heavier than some other 'lightweight' shoes if you're looking for the lightest pair you can get. I've done upto 10 miles in them so far with no problems as well. I put a lot of research into them before commiting and don't think I found a single negative review. They've lived up to my expectations...

We just let ye think that. It's too time consuming to have to point all the mistakes out.

Always liked the Zoom Elites, its a pity Nike have taken some of their favourites away and replaced everything with Lunar cushioning.
    Also no more Marathoner:mad:

Hi Racoon. Whats the grip like on these? I know they ahve the triangular lugs but was wondering if they might be suitable for summer trail races. Thanks!
