I currently have electric rads in my house and they're costing a fortune as well as being pretty inneficient.
I've heard that gfch is a much better option and that a grant may be available.
Roughly how much are we talking to install it in a 3-bed semi?
    Thanks.

Make sure your housing estate/development is on the nat gas network, if it is standard meter point connection is €250 , if not it can run into the thousands.
I quoted a similair sized house last week for gas htg and there was four grand difference from dearest quote to the one which was accepted, so shop around.
Grants are available and details are on SEAI website.
