A few Cheapie Weeks in Europe- Maximised!

    Hey All,

    Looking for any ideas on spending a few cheap weeks in fantastic places with sun and great food anywhere in Europe mid to late May this year.

    We may have up to 4 weeks (will be on unpaid leave!!!) so need to do it very cheap, again would appreciate any suggestions on this front.
    Want to see and do more than the average sun holiday, something different and exciting but at the same time want somewhere warm and dry!

    Would really appreciate any thoughts on this, particularly peoples good experiences. Even just a start, i.e. an idea of places to go that fit the bill?!

    How about visiting a few countries in Eastern Europe to make you money go further? Ljubljana in Slovenia and Budapest in Hungary are two favourites of mine. Or anywhere on the coast of the Black See.
