not sony ps3 controller

i just bought what i thought was a sony ps3 sixaxis controller for 35euros. just looking at the box it is actually a P3 sixaxis controller that says for p3 system. on the company price sticker it says controller for ps3. it is obviously a ripoff of sony ps3 sixaxis. would i be better off returning it and pay 50 for the sony one as i can not find any reviews or reference to a p3 sixaxis anywhere. i'd be worried that it would just die in no time.

From my experience you would be better of to go back and pay the few extra bucks for the offical one. I got the Blcak ops one. What a piece of dirt. Went back and exchanged it,paid the few quid extra for the offical one and no probs.

thanks, was thinking the same myself for the sake of 15euros more. definitely would not do if it went out with a 'bang':D
