good deed last night

    Got a phone call last night 2 foxes had being seen 2 lambs were missing in 3 nights got over there asap . Started to lamp just ewes and lambs colm spotted a pair of eyes lit up down with the bipod on 308 fox sat down looking 140 odd yards good report fox down the colm seen another fox running to our right few squeaks it stop bone crunching sound fox 2 down job done . We lamped for 20 mins more did not see anything so back to the jeep took a spin around the area less than 5 mins we seen a fox got out followed it over a brow and it was just behind a sheep wire fence got a good shot in the chest fox down back to the jeep again . Few more fields spotted two sets of eyes drove into grass field set up on with the light first fox just under 100 yards good report from it second fox crossed a stream into a stubble field turned and got a good shot just under 240 yards dead . 5 foxes in one hour 20 mins less than 10 mins from my house good to get the local ones went back this morning to pick them up

    tbh i taught i had them under control with 46 foxes shot off the area in 3 months you just dont know with them but thats foxing for ya
