    A pal is looking to replace their crumbling BMW. Budget is €6K max and they would like the following -

    Feel good car, they like badges but German not essential
    Occasional family use so as spacious as possible
    Not too old, 2005 ish
    Reliable
    Sub 2.0 litre
    Diesel or petrol

    Any suggestions?
