Gun Club Wexford????

    Well lads, I am throwing this out on the off chance that something might come from it.
    I am looking for a gun club in the Wexford area that will take in a new member. I am enthusiastic and experienced and I am a member of a small gun club but unfortunatley the club has lost a lot of land recently and really is going down hill rapidly. I am happy to help at vermin or rearing and any other work that needs doing.

    it all depends on the other gun club policies
    ours is if your not from the immediate area ya acnt join

    why dont ya just ask the farmers around for permission
    we lost some land in our club due to a few idiots misbehaving
    i went up and explained myself to the farmer and he had no hassle letting me shoot away
    im now the only person shooting his land and get great shooting from it
    as the others that did nothing wrong are to stubborn to ask him

    get onto the nargc and ask them for the names and contact details of the clubs in wexford and write to each of them, the nargc will offer to give you the contact of the wexford regional council but try get the club details instead,,
    i contacted them a few years ago and they gave me the contact for the wicklow officer, rang him he said send him a cv type of letter, done this for 3/4 years and not once did he contact me or read any of my letters out at the meetings,,

    what part of wexford are ya in???

    Hi there is a gun club in the ballagh. If your from around the area I'm sure they'd take you.

    Have shot there before as a guest. Great land to shoot over. With a new committee in place our club is not as stale and improvements are being made so will stick with it for now. Thanks anyway.:)
