I find Boylesports is a much less workable site than paddypowers and the odds aren't usually too good for football. Supposed to be very difficult to withdraw your winnings, I heard.

Ladbrokes is just okay to use, and the odds are sometimes good. Supposed to be a bitch trying to withdraw your winnings into your bank account though... they make you send about 3 different types of verification and if it isn't perfect they send it back and make you do it again.

Bet365 is a good enough site. It isn't as easy to navigate as powers. The in-play bets can be a bit shi't though as it takes 10 seconds for your bet to be processed.. paddypowers is much quicker. You've to speak to someone on the phone to verify your account and withdraw your winnings. I find it the best of these three and worth trying out.

You can't beat powers website in my opinion, but ladbrokes and bet365 often have better odds!

Power's is the easiest to use. VC and Bet365 are up there aswell though.

Bet365 is a good site. When I joined about 2 years ago they had an opening account offer of €200 in free bets i.e. they'll match your first bet up to €50, another (up to) €50 after your next 5 bets, another freebie after the next 5 and a last after the next 5. I think they still have the offer on, but you should join at the weekend. If you join during the week the offer is only up to €100 in free bets.

They also have the 'Channel 4 4/1 Offer'. If you bet on a winner on one of the Channel 4 races, they'll give you a free bet to the same stake on the next Channel 4 race. The stake won't be returned with the winnings.

I bet on almost every Channel 4 race for about 3 months before they sent me an email refusing me any future bonuses. They also limited my fairly heavily, so I don't bet there anymore, but they're definitely worth doing.

No such thing as the best site. Every company has it's positives and negatives.

You should have an account with as many bookmakers as possible.

Check the different sign up offers first.

True. And you should use an odds comparison site to decide which one to bet at.

I wouldn;t even limit myself to that. Dozens of bookies don't appear on these sites. Ladbrokes has recently opted off Oddschecker and are the first major one to do so.

    Why did ladbrokes opt out?

    Why did ladbrokes opt out?

    I don't know for certain.

My guess is that oddschecker only brings them business they don't really want and so it isn't worth the cost.

The only people 'clicking-through' to Ladbrokes from oddschecker would be best-price punters. Ladbrokes are big enough and well known enough not to need that type of business so I guess they opted out for that reason. Why spend money attracting business you don't even really want when you can just fill up shops with FOBTs and lay VIP high rolling mugs?

If you still want to keep up with Ladbrokes use Sportsbettingindex.
