Dunnes have a Karcher power washer for 100 euro. It includes a few bits and pieces with it for cleaning patios etc. Has anyone any idea about them and would it cost much to have an external tap fitted? Could it be connected to the hot water supply

no they cant be connected to the hot water supply because you need pressure for the flow switch to open on the pump, unless u have a pressurised hot water system so the hot water pressure is the same as the mains then it probably would work.

to fit an outside tap outside the kitchen sink wall or something could be about 60E

Could be nearer to maybe €80 ish, including fittings. It all depend on how much work is involved in getting water to the outside.
