Stretching for Kickboxing

    Hi I'm coming off a leg injury in kickboxing and haven't been able to get back to my previous flexibility, I've been using the same as before I got injured but it doesn't seem to be working or it's not working very quickly at all.
    Any stretches that anyone finds useful for around the hip and groin area? I can already do the regular ones but they don't seem to be helping my kicks. Trying to survive on my boxing, which isn't going well :p
