Is it the Scope or the mounts?

Has he tried different mounts to eliminate them as the problem?

I helped a young fella zero a rifle last week that would not group until we changed the mounts

Can he group well with it?

ie;Consistantly 2" to left no matter how many clicks like he has run out of clicks?

    Seems very odd.

Windage mounts will get you them inches.

But just like when a fuse blows, Something caused it!

    Hardly wrung the windage adjustment

Not to be a smartarse or anything, but did you perhaps try to use the google thingy to find the customer service number for zeiss in the UK?

30 seconds of searching & browsing and here you go: http://www.zeiss.de/C12567A80033F8E4/Contents-Frame/10F349B46B6E312641256A7300451C05

And here's the zeiss product repair form: http://www.zeiss.de/C12567A800347580/EmbedTitelIntern/Reparatur_Formular_EN/$File/Rep_Formular_en.pdf

Maybe give them a call on the phone: Service and Support Tel.: +49 6441 46761 (That's actually a german phone number)

or send them an email: service.sportsoptics@zeiss.de

Google: it's f'in amazing what you can find on there!:D:D

the clicks are only an indicator to you that its rotating

so you know ya have rotated it whatever amount
but if its damaged internally nothing will have moved
    even though its clicking

I rang zeiss in the UK last year as I wanted to get the reticule changed in one of my scopes but they told me to contact a Irish dealer.
I just got my friend in N Ireland to send it to them instead.

You could probably send it direct to germany yourself but I would contact them first.
