Is there a way of finding out who owns a particular building. Its derelict in my area, i've asked a few locals and all they can tell me was a guy that owned it became wheelchair bound and had to move. They think to the UK.
Anyone got any ideas where to start?

land registry will tell you if you call to their office, or else someone with access to their online database, (solicitor, architect, surveyor, estate agent)
