Booking with Qantas question

    Hi,

    I booked a flight with Qantas. I have not recieved an email from them, but I can view my flight details in the 'My Booking' section of the website. Sorry if this sounds stupid, but I've only ever booked flights with Aer Lingus and Ryanair in the past and they anyways email to conferm, so is Qantas different? (The flight is a codeshare between British Airways and Jetstar if that changes things)

    Any help will be welcomed.

    give there helpdesk a call...anyime I flew with them, I got an email.

    I rang Qantas and they sorted me out and I got my email. Thanks for your help.
