If the cook has part of the business and does the actual day to day work what do you bring to the table? Everywhere in galway with a decent catchment area is already overrun with chippers that also usually have the brand name of supermacs or mickeyDs.

Hi and thanks for replying. "what do i bring to the table" you asked,
well i sourced the location which i believe a business like this will do very well in. I have looked into renting suitable premises. I have been in contact with suppliers. I will probably fund most of this venture however as a sign of intent i would like the partner/ co-owner to have some cash input.
This business would be nothing like the large corporate fast food chains where the food tastes and looks the same.
So i would say i have a lot to loose with no guarantee of a return, where as the person who comes in with me has everything to gain and little to loose.

The fast food business is a saturated business especially in the galway market. As the high rents have put alot of operators out of business in the last six months. Especially around the eyre square location. But if it is something different. You never know how it will go down.

That is the essence of entrepreneurship at the end of the day. Taking a risk in something. I do wish you the very best of luck. If you do decide to open the business. I will be your first loyal customer. I like to see new ventures take off and expand. All the best with this idea.

    Cheers
