Just realised I've now missed both of the V8 races from Abu Dhabi. The massive time difference needed meant I never realised they'd happen afternoon-time around here as opposed to in all ungodly hours of the morning.

Found a recording of someone who streamed the races live, starting to catch up with the first race now.

    Anyone else watch them?

Now for the 5 week wait until Adelaide...

Great to see the VESA stewards up to their best tricks of double standards yet again with the unbelievably slow SC in Race 2.

Still great to see the SBR cars up near the top again and hopefully, they'll push on for the rest of the season.

It's hard to see past T8 in the final shakedown though, JDub destroyed the field in Race 1.

As an aside, we'll have Irish participation in the Fujitsu series (V8SC feeder series for those not in the know) in 2011 with Robert Cregan (the son of Yas Marina Circuit CEO Richard Cregan) driving for Matt Stone's new team:

Anyone know of any good streams for the V8's or are we stuck to motors tv coverage a week later?

I found a good stream last night on Justin.tv; and I think they'll be up again tonight for the second race.

Great watching the races on the N8 on the way into work or hooking up the HDD to the big screen TV of a weekend :D

Australian GP "Albert Park 400" this weekend, The Giz fastest so far.
