I am researching moving my online furniture business to a small premises (136m2) and am doing a cashflow on it on the moment.
does anyone have an idea of what public liability insurance is likely to cost for this?

Other overheads will be obviously rent, rates, light & heat and all the usual but I am worried I am missing some of the less obvious ones!!

Very brave move in the current climate so need to have costs researched to a T!!
