my idiot of a cousin mixed my bags of bb's together

anyways one bag was .25 and other .20
now in my hi cap they still feed perfect but in my pmags & emags they wont feed at all. they keep double feeding and getting jammed. i the same also in mag midcaps.

would the mix of bb weights cause this:confused:

I wouldn't think so but maybe if they're slightly different sizes?

Bad. BBs will be flying all over the place. There is a professional therm to describe such a mixture. It's HopUp Horror.

Also, it might affect feeding from the max especially, if BBs are different brands.

Problem solved. New bag of King Arms .25 and mags are feeding perfect again.

not sure i like the new green colour of the bb's. fecking things are hard to see, escecially when your as blind as me.

and now to find a use for 5000 odd bb's

If you had a crap load of time on your hands you could use a digital scales to seperate them. Well it would give you something to do.......:p

Not if you're a support gunner... its actually good practice.

Weight wont effect the mags, do both of them feed fine separately?

it was deffo the mix of weights & brands. the .25 were king arms & the .20 were ics.

i tested the mix in 7 pmags & 2 hi caps. every one of the pmags would not feed right. when i reloaded the pmags from the new bag of KA .25 they all worked flawlessly.

so defo the mix, was fecking something up

tried the ICS? have they ever fed well in pmags? different weights wouldnt cause missfeeds ever. Its probably brand difference in size.. which there is.

never tried ICS, i only ever used g&g and KA. i jut happened to have a bag of the .2 ics's because i won them in a comp. i didnt get a chance to try them on their own.

prob is the size tolerances in the different brands
not to worry anyway, all;s good now.

ICS are nice bb's, ive never had a problem with them.

I wouldnt say different wieghts would jam, or misfeed.
once theyre the same size, and each are decent quality, then you should be fine.

if theyre miss feeding, I would first look at your mags, then at the bbs.
If it is the bbs misfeeding, then I suggest you dump whats in the mags, and go back to the bbs you normally use.

Some guns can disagree with certain bb brands, the misfeeding will be the hop chamber and barrel rather thah the mag...like g&g bbs dislike tightbores, for example.
