Cheap Netbook?

I've been keeping an eye on this forum for a while but it seems like most requests are people with € 400-1000 budgets for their laptops. For someone looking to just pick up a cheap netbook where am I best going? Do people use Amazon, Komplett, B&M stores, saveonlaptops, laptopsdirect or something like ebay?

I remember seeing mention that new processors were due out early this year which could push down prices? Was this just laptops or also netbooks?

All I'm looking for is something with reasonable battery life, wireless and nothing much else as long as it's good for web browsing and maybe watching the odd movie.

Is there any chance of picking something up for € 250 or less? I saw the recent gamestop deal on the N130 but missed out on it!

Looking for the same thing myself, thought I'd found a bargin in the samsung n145 at €260 over on http://ite.ie/ but all their prices were exvat. I'd love to get something with a 6cell battery but will make do with something light and reliable.
