ics m4 hop up adjustment

    i have my m4 about 2 weeks,was wondering does anyone else have one?
    the hop up adjustment on mine only turns 3/8 of a turn and iv to push hard at that to get it to move. are they all like this? i need that bit more adjustment on it and its just out of reach:mad:

    all help appreciated

    nope,have the cartridge out and fired a shot to be sure

    Is that the hop up chamber you have in your M4?

    Can't guarantee it it would work, but try it. Take the barrel and hop up out of the gun.

    Take the hop up with the barrel out of the gun. Now look down through the barrel. And see how much hop up rubber you can see. Try to turn it on and off and see the behavior of the hop up rubber (you should see small nob coming out in the barrel.

    If regardless of the adjustment nothing happens, I would strongly recommend to contact your retailer as I belive it's still under warranty?

    If the nob is clearly visible in the barrel but it still doesn't work it might be to hard hop up rubber, but I would still suggest to contact retailer just in case.

    thats exactly the one and she is still under warranty

    ill have a look at the hop up unit soon,thanks for the help guys:D

    put in the new hop up nub and rubber,gun is only shooting 5feet and drops off now,if i put any hop up on it just jams straight away.head is wrecked at the moment as it was a really good gun up untill the last 2 days,battery is charged fully and is making no gearbox noises

    Drop it back on warranty. Make it somebody else problem :) No point taking it apart when is still under warranty.
