    hello all , any body if there is any deer out around connamara , i want to try stalking for a bit of fun , NOT SHOOTING, not looking to muscle in on anybody s territory, just want to try and combine a bit of hill walking and stalking for fun .

    as in trying to stalk a deer and look at it up close
    or go with someone stalking and carry the deer for them?

    strictly to see how close i can get , maby get some photos , just to be clear i am thinking about a deer licence in the next year or two , but like i said am not looking to muscle in on anybody's territory , if you tell me to take a running jump i understand.

    i dont shoot over that way so i dont no but from what ive read on the deer society of irelands site theres reds over there
