question about o2 broadband dongle download

I checked my bill and it's 240 euro for the month

what i find odd is this

Is that download amount in short space of time possible,i've sero idea as to what was downloaded

Do you watch Youtube Videos?

EVERYTHING you do online is counted towards this figure. Still 2.5GB on a dongle is a lot.

Yeah i would use spotify gotod bit,youtube maybe 4 videos a day etc and download about 5 50-130mb mkv shows a week. I've apparently used 21gb in 18 days. I wonder if its a screw up on o2's part.

I will from now on have data tracker,ive got what their dongle stats say here

is it possible speed wise to download 2.5gb in 30mins tho,my dongle is half the time slow as hell and maw speed ive got is 300kb a sec downloading

also my maths might be wrong but

2500mb is 2.5gb divided by 30mins is 83mb a min,that cant be possible

2500Mb in 68 minutes. It is possible but highly unlikely.

To download 2.5GB on an uninterfered 10MB line it would take 35 minutes. The Max you get with 02 is 7.2, but I doubt there is a customer out there above 5MB.

It is an awful lot, unless you were watching multiple videos simultaneously?

Have you created your account on 02.ie for your usage? It's much more accurate than what the equipment says.
