If you remove the air intake and airbox to turbo pipes you will see it underneat......(These pics were taken from a 407 with the dv6 engine)
Its only a matter of removing both feed/return diesel hoses the diesel heater plug and a blank (water in diesel) plug.
You will have to remove the diesel heater from the old filter and fit onto your
new filter...just be carful of the o-rings...:)
When you have the filter fitted prime the priming bulb till you feel it get hard.
Start engine and let it idle.
    Best of luck with it.

I'm guessing you have the 1.6 hdi....so if yours is the newer engine then send me your vin number and email address and i'll send you on some info.

Heres a few pics that may help....:)

Hi there, I don;t believe Haynes have a manual out yet for the Peugeot 308. Anyone know how to acquire the 308 service manual.
I'd like to perform at least the regular stuff myself etc...

    Thanks for any replies

There is'nt even a haynes manual for the 407 which was brought
    out in 2004....
The oil filter is straight forward..airfilter is tucked under the bulkhead.
if you need guides let me know and i'll send on whatever info i can find..:)
