Unusual credit posted to Visa account.

    I got my visa bill back in January. Everything was normal except for a credit in the amount of €7, dated in Dec and described as AERLING DUBLIN.
    Presumably from AerLingus but I have not bought an AerLingus ticket in at least 2 years.
    Can anyone suggest an explanation?

    Also got one on my bill. Should be for the refund of air travel tax which was reduced in the last budget from 10 euro to 3 euro.

    I find a quick phonecall to the card company usually answers questions like yours.

    i got a rebate as well . was a refund for air travel tax reduction. same as mitsubishi 1.
