Want to instal a new OS (Red Hat) on to Lenovo THINKCENTRE, Has XP Installed
But I can't change the boot seq to begin with DVD drive .... Pressing F12 gives me 3 options

    1 Floppy Drive
    4 HD
    6 Ethernet port

    Enter Setup

No Option to use DVD drive as boot device...And No Floppy drive is installed in this model!!!

And Ideas??? How to change this Boot Seq..

been while since ive used one but if you press the F1 key to enter the BIOS Setup Utility when the “ThinkPad” logo is seen on the screen. The BIOS Setup Utility menu will be displayed

something like ATAPI CD0 should appear on list, change its position and save

    Thanks Skalragg,

Have fixed the issue... Went into BIOS (As you Say F1) And Under Startup menu went into IDE sub-menu and Made SATA both Secondary...

Also Moved the IDE cable from one B/P Port to another... Figured I'd do a trial and error...

Once I had tapped f12 Again, the Floppy drive was no longer an option and I found my dvd drive

So Not quite sure which "fixed" the issue...As I type Red Hat is installing..
